Duties and responsibilities
- You will gladly assist the people function with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and managing correspondence.
- You will support data analysis and HR reporting to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- You will help gather and organize HR data and metrics, including staff satisfaction surveys, recruiting data, and staff turnover rates, to facilitate analysis.
- You will take part in implementing HR programs aimed at enhancing workplace culture and improving employee satisfaction.
- You will ensure that HR databases and employee records are meticulously maintained and accurately updated.
- You will oversee the proper completion and filing of all onboarding paperwork.
- You will organize, make accessible, and securely store employee records in electronic file systems.
- You will ensure that record-keeping practices comply with legal and corporate regulations.
- You will facilitate communication among staff members across the organization.
- You will contribute to various HR projects, offering support in the research, analysis, and implementation phases.
- You will explore ways to enhance HR workflows and processes and provide suggestions to increase productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications
- You should have completed at least a first degree or Higher National Diploma from a recognized and accredited university.
- You should also possess exceptional proficiency in both oral and written English.
- While a bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources is desirable, it is not mandatory.
