Under the guidance of the senior manager of paid media, the paid media specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels.
This individual will be responsible for executing paid search, display, and social advertising campaigns tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences, collaborating closely with the brand and marketing team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid advertising channels and possess proficiency in key platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4.

- You have managed paid media campaigns before and are an accomplished paid media specialist. Knowing an agency is advantageous.
- You possess the knowledge and capability to create comprehensive reports and establish effective conversion tracking systems.

- Utilizing paid channels to achieve business objectives requires a high level of skill and expertise. Proficiency in tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Derby soft (metasearch), Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Ads is essential.
- You are well-versed in the execution of strategies for both business-to-business and consumer audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior manager of paid media in executing marketing plans across sponsored search, display, video, and social media platforms. This includes managing budgets, refining strategies, launching campaigns, and continuously optimizing them.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging advertising platforms to drive innovation and enhance optimization.
- Assist in supervising and documenting advertising costs to ensure efficient budget allocation.
- Ensure that campaigns meet predefined conversion targets while closely monitoring their performance.
- Constantly identify opportunities for improvement by conducting A/B tests on landing pages and ad copy.
- Offer performance insights and strategic direction for ad creation to the creative team to assist them in their work.
Qualifications:
- To be considered for this position, you should have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- As a self-motivated individual with a penchant for achieving and surpassing performance targets, you should also be proactive, a team player, and results-oriented
- Furthermore, experience working for an agency and familiarity with creating advertisements for hotels are also important for this role
